We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
We send appointment confirmations and reminders to people who have booked a call with us and have opted in to SMS by selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our forms. We do not add anyone without that checkbox selected. Messages are limited to booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices and replies to questions you have asked. We do not send marketing texts.
Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation, and we will send you no further texts. To start again, opt in the same way you did originally.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your bookings and on how often you contact us. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.
Our messaging works with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your phone number and consent records is described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
Feltes Holdings LLC offers one-to-one executive and somatic coaching, drawing on nervous system regulation and somatic practice.
Coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, trauma therapy, or legal or financial advice, and it does not replace any of them. We are not acting as your physician, therapist, psychologist, counsellor, lawyer or financial advisor. If you are managing a medical or mental health condition, please work with an appropriately licensed professional; coaching can sit alongside that care but not in place of it.
Somatic and nervous-system practices involve attention to physical sensation, breath and movement. If you have a medical condition, injury, physical limitation or history of trauma that may be affected, consult your healthcare provider before taking part and tell us anything relevant to your safety. Participation is voluntary and you may stop any practice at any time.
We are not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or believe you may be a danger to yourself or anyone else, contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
No guaranteed results. Coaching outcomes depend on your own engagement, circumstances and choices. We guarantee no particular result. Client experiences described on the Site are individual to those people and are not a prediction of yours.
Submitting an application is a request to be considered. It creates no coaching relationship and obliges neither of us to proceed; we may decline any application at our discretion. A discovery call is a conversation to establish fit, not a coaching session.
An engagement begins only when we have agreed its scope, duration and fee in writing. Fees, payment, refunds, scheduling and cancellation are governed by those engagement terms and the client terms provided at the start of an engagement, not by these Terms.
Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship. Communications with a coach do not carry the protection that attaches to communications with a lawyer, physician or licensed therapist, and could in principle be compelled in a legal proceeding. Bear that in mind when deciding what to include in an application or share on a call.
The Site and its contents belong to Feltes Holdings LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use: you may print or download individual pages for yourself, but not copy, republish, sell, adapt or distribute any of it without our written permission.
Material we give you during an engagement is licensed to you personally for your own use. You may not share it with third parties, resell it, or use it to build or deliver a competing offering.
You keep ownership of everything you send us.
The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Content on the Site is general and is not advice tailored to your circumstances. The Site links to and relies on third-party services, including scheduling, form and video hosting tools, which have their own terms; a link is not an endorsement and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunity. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Where law does not permit these limitations they apply only as far as it allows, and nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Before starting any formal proceeding, we each agree to raise the dispute in writing and allow thirty days to resolve it in good faith. Any dispute that remains will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming and we each consent to their jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. These Terms, together with any engagement terms agreed in writing and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site and our services.
