When more strategy, effort, and self-help reach their natural ceiling, the work shifts to a different layer. Through integrative somatic coaching, develop the capacity to lead with genuine presence and create from devotion.
The strategy is mapped - And yet something underneath it isn't moving. You might be wondering whether you've outgrown this chapter of what you've built, or whether you haven't, but something in you isn't yet fully showing up to it.
The ideas and vision is there, but something between the insight and what actually comes through isn't translating, and optimising your process, your habits, your environment isn't closing the gap.
The work is happening but you find yourself not fully in it. The urgency is real, the output is there, but the feeling of being genuinely alive inside what you're building has gone quiet.
Your team performs, but the real conversations stop happening. People manage up instead of pushing back. Feedback doesn't land the way you intend, or you find yourself not giving it. The most talented people around you start keeping their distance. And something similar shows up with the people closest to you.
Move through evolution with clarity knowing when to go deeper and when to step into what's next.
Create from your full range. Begin to cultivate genuine aliveness inside the work again.
Change what's possible in a room and in the relationships that matter most to you.
Your nervous system allocates everything: your cognitive capacity, your presence, your ability to connect & lead: based on a single question: am I safe? Dysregulation for most high performers doesn't look like crisis. It looks like chronic activation: always on, never fully landing. Nervous system mastery is the practice of building the capacity to move between states and from that settledness, accessing the full range of who you are.

The body has been keeping record. What moved too fast to be felt, what got set aside in the name of momentum, it lives here. This phase slows things down deliberately, because something opens in the slowing. You learn to locate sensation, to stay with what constricts, to let the body begin releasing what it's been holding. Emotions stop being managed & start becoming information. Old feeling begins transmuting into clarity & creative energy.

The body can settle & still the mind runs on old programs. This is the cognitive layer of the work, the capacity to govern your own thinking rather than be governed by it. Working memory, inhibitory control, cognitive flexibility, metacognition: these are not abstract skills. They are what determine whether you act from intention or impulse, whether you can hold a future clearly enough to make present decisions in service of it, whether you notice mid-action that something isn't working & can shift.
This is where the inner work lands in the world, a way of being that becomes accessible once the nervous system settles, the body integrates, & the mind governs itself. Your authentic expression begins to lead: shaping how you communicate, connect, & move your vision through the world. The creative force you've always sensed in yourself starts to come through as something genuinely & recognizably yours.

The Container

My work is for founders and executives who have achieved a great deal and sense they're operating on a fraction of their creative range.
I help them:
☽ recognize the patterns running beneath the surface of their leadership
☽ develop the capacity to alchemize emotion into information, and information into action
☽ build the internal systems for sustained clarity, creativity, and range
Having been in the room with founders and growing teams, I’ve watched how inner dislocation shows up as organizational friction - and how the two are always in conversation: the inner life and the outer work. While my practice relies on a continuous refinement of understanding, much of my work is rooted in having navigated this process myself: the walls, the breakthroughs, the disorientation of real change: and the courage it takes to keep integrating through the rollercoasters of life and business.
If you are at that inflection point, and sense that a higher tier of clarity and execution is seeking expression, pick a time on the calendar, I invite you to explore if this is a fit.
Energetic Intelligence
Somatic comes from the Greek word sōma, meaning body. Somatic coaching means we include the body in the process of understanding your experience. Where traditional coaching works on mindset alone, this approach looks at the integration of mind and body, and how they relate to each other and shape the experience you are having.
We do exploration and discovery through conversation, but where I see fit, I may invite you to slow down and notice what is happening internally. Perhaps a sensation, an impulse, a change in breathing, tension, emotion, or the urge to move away from something. That gives us access to patterns that may be operating automatically, before you have consciously put them into words.
My work is informed by a combination of somatic and experiential modalities, nervous system work, contemplative traditions, depth psychology, and ongoing personal study and practice.
Some of the frameworks that inform my work include Hakomi, Internal Family Systems and parts-based approaches, mindfulness and contemplative practice, and depth-oriented psychology.
My work is intentionally interdisciplinary. I draw from different bodies of knowledge where they help illuminate the same core questions. Despite this, I do not hold any theoretical framework more tightly than the person in front of me. Each client I work with has their own history, capacities, patterns, and range of experience. My role is to facilitate an exploration of that landscape rather than force it into a predetermined model.
Burnout is one doorway into the work. People may also come because they feel disconnected from their creativity, are navigating a major transition, repeatedly encounter the same relational patterns, feel stuck between different directions, or want greater internal capacity for the level of responsibility they already hold.
You remain in charge of what we work with. I may invite you to notice or explore something, but an invitation is not a demand. Agency is an important part of this work.
Not generally. I may challenge an assumption, reflect a pattern, or help you examine what is influencing a decision, but the goal is not to tell you what to do or make you dependent on my judgment. The work should make your own perception and judgment more available to you.
Coaching and therapy can sometimes explore similar territory or draw from similar change modalities, but they have different scopes and purposes. My work is oriented around self-understanding, integration, leadership, creativity, relationships, and how your internal patterns are affecting the way you operate now, along with helping you discover and move towards your highest potential, and the version of you that you seek to express. It is not a substitute for mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or clinical care.
No. Regulation is not permanent calmness. Life includes pressure, grief, anger, excitement, uncertainty, ambition, conflict, and intensity. The aim is to develop more capacity and choice inside those experiences rather than automatically suppressing them or being controlled by them.
